Is your goal weight loss? What's your target weight?

Fat loss to be specific. Bought into the whole "eat through your sticking point"-lingo to no avail - gained almost no strength (shitty programming was more to blame though) and tacked on about 20lbs of needless weight. Looking to lose that weight (already done) and then get down to 90kg (198lbs) to set up camp there. I've tacked on another 5kg on my squat and 12.5kg to my deadlift during the course of the cut, so obviously I'm doing things much better than two years ago. I'm not starving and I've got plenty of calorie space to fit in goodies almost daily, which is another aspect I shunned two years ago - those treats boost motivation like crazy. It might slow my WEIGHTloss down due to fluid-retention, but it pays dividends in terms of motivation, energy and drive, while my fatpercentage still drops.

So yeah, I wanna drop another 8kg of fat, while maintaining or gaining strength to boost my strength/weight-ratio. Keosawa's transformation motivated me.

I started on april 28th at 109kg (239lbs), last morning weight two days ago was 98.0kg (215.6bs), so roughly 11 kilograms in two months. No strength decay!
 
Macros and meals get all fucked up when I'm spending the night at GF's. Didnt sleep well, got invited out w a friend, so today's planned workout turned to day of rest. Reloading with proper rest and nutrition for tomorrow.

Jeeze, I've put on at least 4kg of lean muscle mass in the past two years - I'm roughly at the same stage now as I was around 93-92kg in 2011. Can't wait to hit 90kg.
