18:30- White rice, beans, ham and egg scramble, chinese vegetables, half an avocado, and what I believe to be chinese oxtail. Soup afterwards.

18:35- 1 apple slice and two orange parts.

Fluid intake: Over 50 ounces.

Miscellaneous- Vitamins.

12:45- 26 oz smoothie.

16:45- 16 oz smoothie.

17:45- 2 bowls of brown sticky rice with lap chung. Mixed in some of the left over corn and ham scramble from yesterday. Soup on the side.

20:40- Brazilian coffee candy and one mr. Goodbar.

Smoothie:9 oz milk, 7 oz egg white, 4 oz water. Apple, orange, strawberries, carrots, and half an avocado. Scoop of muscle milk and chia seeds afterwards. 42 oz made.

Miscellaneous:Vitamins.

Fluid intake: Over 100 ounces.

Did an 18/6 just to see how it felt. Hunger pangs after 16 hours, so it wasn't that fun. That said, it was an interesting experience that I might try every once in a while. I can't imagine going 20 or 24 hours like some people do.

Weight at 12:00-135.5! Haven't been this low since forever.
 
Started doing 18/6. Happy with my current results on the 16/8 leangains protocol, but thought about stepping it up. Yesterday was the trial run, and from now on, I plan on doing 18/6, with exceptions of the weekends.

12:45- 28 oz smoothie.

16:50- 12 oz smoothie.

18:20- 1.25 bowls of rice, cooked ham and egg, mushrooms, sliced chinese beef from yesterday, and broccoli. Drank 1.25 bowls of soup, which is carrot and potatoes today. Ate the potatoes and carrots seperately.

Smoothie-8 oz water, 8 oz egg white, 4 oz milk. Carrots, two small apples, orange, celery, and grapes. About 40 oz made.

Miscellaneous- Vitamins.

Fluid intake: Over 80 ounces.

Had the last bottle of 45 cal gatorade today, and its age was noticeable as it had a bit of a strange taste to it.

Smoothie: 6 oz water, 8 oz milk, 6 oz egg white. Celery, apple, orange, grapes, and carrots were added. 1 scoop of muscle milk and chia seeds were added. 40 oz made. Smoothie had a sour taste today for some reason. Maybe added too much muscle milk powder or something.

Fluid intake: Over 80 ounces.

16:45- Fiber one, 90 calorie lemon snack.

18:30-White rice, chinese vegeetables, soup, two leftover meat patties from yesterday. Also had beef bones?, I'm not sure what it translates into from Cantonese, so here is the best I can do to sound it out, pie gwhat. Vitamins afterwards.

Fluid intake:Over 80 ounces.

Smoothie: 8 oz water, 12 oz milk. Apple, orange, celery, grapes, carrots, and half an avocado was used. A small amount of muscle milk and chia seeds were then poured in. About 42 oz made. The taste of the muscle milk was non-existant today, giving the smoothie no additional taste. The smoothie was rather thick, although this isn't bad since it tastes good thicker.

18:30- White rice, cooked ham, bok choy, long hard green vegetable(asparagus?), tomatoes and egg. Soup, vitamins, and grapes afterwards.

Smoothie: 14 oz water, 6 oz milk. Apple, orange, celery, carrots, and half an avocado put in. Put in a spoon full of Muscle Milk and chia seeds after. 40-42 oz made, so I'll just say 42.

Fluid intake: Over 40 ounces.

Making great progress. Hope to get to 130 by July, but taking this as far as it goes.

20:00- Noodles, rice, then a donut.

Smoothie: Half a pint of milk, then 12 oz water. Banana, apple, oranges, carrots, and half an avocado. Scoop of muscle milk and chia seeds added.
