10:40- EAS drink.
12:45- 2 pieces of white bread and ham in a sandwich.
15:35- Apple slice and two orange slices.
18:30- White rice, beans, ham and egg scramble, chinese vegetables, half an avocado, and what I believe to be chinese oxtail. Soup afterwards.
18:35- 1 apple slice and two orange parts.
