Cows

There is. Normal Cows. Are you looking for a 4 socket Crystal or Broad Sword for the Spirit runeword? Cows drops so many whites and grays it's stupid due to the density of cows in the level. It's still random luck but it has the highest chance to drop socketed items. Like Mousse said take off your MF. D2R you may now kill the Cow King too and it won't prevent you from opening cows again. To do cows you put a tome of Town Portal + Wirts Leg (found in Act 1 Stony Field at the Cain portal where the stones are) from Tristram in your cube. Finish the current difficulty you want to do cows on, transmute the tome and leg in your cube in Rogues Encampment and start the beef slaughter.

I actually got that info from online and I took to opening cow games that were like 5-10 minutes old. You can portal through and there's just dead cows and items everywhere. Got a shield and helm in like 15 minutes in addition to a legendary staff they missed somehow, haha.

Gambled a Gull xD

i don’t understand. What happened in the gambling video? I’m pretty new to D2, I mean I played it 20 years ago and beat it but that was all and I don’t even remember much about the game. I’m playing it now on ps4 but I don’t understand how gambling works with gheed. Seems really hard to understand in game when it doesn’t explain it to you. Thanks

Um can drop from NM Forge quest. Have you done any yet with any of your characters?

I had a Gul drop from The Forge on Hell, and traded it for an Oculus for my Sorc. Guess I’ve had ok rune drop Luck. Have had a Jah,Vex,Ist, 3 Ums, Mal, and 2 Puls drop. Still looking for a Ber for Enigma.

I’ve stocked up a shit load of gear and need to get on trading some for HRs. Linking up with players is a pain sometimes and get a lot of “failed to joins”. Are you trading at all? What site you use or just the Xbox LFG?

and shit, i meant 1.11 (the quasi- class specific armors). was just curious since they mostly sucked/for their classes and treachery was the only one used... but not by assassins.

Do you recall your approximate level when you gambled the Gull? I’m tying to gamble one using a low level borderline mule character because it’s cheaper. No luck so far after spending probably 300-400k.

Almost level 60, about to finish nightmare at the end of act three, just upgraded from an Ancient’s pledge to Spirit. Hunting for a four socket sword to make another spirit before Mephisto. Been running Andariel over and over with 264 magic find and getting shit.

I’m surprised I’m not single yet, every run breeds trash and I won’t quit.

Been grinding for a vipermagi, or a Ring of Jordan, it’s like 1/4000 on nightmare.

You got 3 Amn runes and a chipped Topaz (IIRC it's either Topaz or Amethyst)? Just craft one with the cube. Sol's are pretty easy to find as well. You can probably grind one off of NM Countess for a half hour of work or less.

I was grinding my dick off for sol runes, before I found one for my insight. I’m aware of the conversion, I’ve started to save my chipped gems on my alts instead of instinctually converting them to the higher power.

You have to be level 11. I don't remember all the nuances behind why. Some video's I watched on it explains ilvls and clvls which I don't remember in full detail. I do know that when you are level 11 you have a 100% chance of it rolling a Gull if the game decides to give you a chance at a unique. I got lucky and only spent 200k. Some players have spent millions. It's like a 1 in 2000 chance IIRC.

My first character was Lightning Fury Javazon and got up her to level 90. Use her for cow runs because she clears like no other..

For gear I use:
Titans Revenge, Highlords Wrath amulet, Thudergods belt, Peace Runeword in 3os Armour, found some +2 skill gloves, Spirit runeword Shield, Silkweave boots for Mana or War Travelers for MF.
Haven’t been able to find a Griffons eye, so I use Valkyrie Wing.

Haven't started trading yet and yes using LFG on Xbox for groups to do Ancients, Baal runs and Cows.
