Well, I fell asleep gambling for a Gull Dagger last night. Woke up at 3:30am still in the gambling screen with Gheed. Have spent 600k in gold, no Gull Dagger yet.

Any tips for good gold farming? Or an area to farm quickly for generic gear I can sell for a lot?

Nightmare Act V, particularly the crystalline passage, seems to drop a lot of stuff you can sell. If you get some gold find you can rack up the G really quickly

started strugglebussin towards the end of act 3 NM with the hammerdin, my gear build is currently based around magic find though, given that I haven’t came across any pieces much better in regards to res or cast rate, relying on runewords spirit and and stealth.

Really getting sick of the grind, did nightmare countess and Andy for a week straight. I haven’t gotten one dramatic improvement to my build with almost 270 magic find.

doing my research on what difficulty and who, but damn. Probably burned myself out going after a ring of Jordan. Spent the past couple days grinding normal diab, Pindle and Baal mobs for vipermagi.

In Hell with my Blizzard Sorc reminded me about everything being cold immune. I leveled a Paladin to 30 last night, it's hammer time

I really do think the best way to play is with one other person. Hammerdin is the way to go almost all the time but if you have a sorc or elemental druid stuff like the Maggot Lair is a lot more manageable.

Rofl.. I was looking for a 4 socket Crystal Sword to start NM with my Sorc and kept findin 1 socket and 3 socket ones and lots of whites. Got impatient and used the Larzuk quest to get a 4 socket to make Spirit runeword, so I could get it over with.

Started Act 1 NM and a mf'ing 4 socket Crystal Sword drops in Stony field..

This is why I always roll a hybrid Sorc. Meteor and Blizzard ftw..

But yeah, I'm thinking of adding lightning to my blizz build because of cold immunities. Seems like fire/cold immunity is rare, but it happens. I don't recall ever seeing cold and lightning immunity.

Lol true true. I just use Static + Merc or a Lightning only Sorc just for Countess runs..

I havent tried it buy I heard lightning is a pretty shit secondary element for a Sorc and only pumping all those synergies into Chain Lightning is what makes it OP. Plus Thunder Storm is a garbage tier power.

not too bad with kiting, atleast in nightmare. Played with a rando or two, but I’m more concerned with loot stealing than odds. My friends aren’t pc.

I'm running a orb fireball build at the moment for farming still get whooped in choas and kill myphisto slow thinking of running an act 5 merc with lawbringer once I get the runes. Having decrepify lvl 15 is game over for bosses plus sanctuary aura to blast undead immunes is handy.

Also download an app called Cain's corner it's bloody usefull tells all uniques runewords recipes set items
