Can’t believe I went so long farming with a hammerdin. Farming with my sorceress and I literally get 10-20x the reps in in an hour.

How the hell do you find a public game in multiplayer on PS5? I know how to invite a friend to my game or how to join theirs, but how do I find just a run of the mill open game with randoms? I figured if I joined a game that was close to full the odds of finding certain things (eg runes in lower
Kurast) would increase, but this is not very intuitive. When I go to the screen for public matches it only prompts me to make a game, I don’t see any lists of open games to join made by others.

Either use discord or click on boss section and go Baal or cows

or play on PC, endless options with the lobby menu. You can link accounts on Blizzard and pick up where you left off be it any console or pc.

Got to love random ass RNG. Can’t think of how many countess or lower Kurast super chest runs I’ve done looking for good runes and I get Jack squat. Then last night I score a gul rune out of nowhere off some trash mob jobber in the flayer jungle.

Finally picked up some magefists, my mage is my magic find char so I don’t plan to use them any time soon.

I’ve spent about a month grinding NM Andy it’s all I have to show for it besides a Windforce? May not be windforce but it’s some hell level Amazon bow and some inferno striders.

I’ve identified atleast half a dozen rings and it’s always fucking Nagel or that other one, never a Jordan.

lol you don't even know the name? Probably Cliffkiller. NM Andy can't drop Windforce. I found an Eaglehorn off Hell Mephisto.

Are you running NM Andy for an SoJ? I wouldn't bother. Better off maybe getting lucky with an BK and at least get better loot on the way there from Hell Mephisto and Andy.

I know on Xbox One and Series consoles there is a LFG (Looking for Group) option through the Game Bar. Don't know if Playstation 4 and 5 has a similar option. That's how I do it on my Xbox. Definitely not intuitive though. Blizzard fucked the console players with their lazy port.

Yeah, at first glance I thought the port was great but then you start noticing the little things that are irritating that presumably could be easily corrected. For example:

-gold management: say you want to give you friend a very specific amount of gold you can’t just easily type in that amount of gold. Say I have 1,813,436 gold in my stash and I want to give my buddy who’s just starting out 150,000 gold there’s no way to do it except spending 5 minutes clicking the down arrow to reduce how much I want to give him. There should be a prompt to open a dialogue box with a calculator interface or something to just type in 150,000 using the cursor.

-repairing equipment: when you go to the blacksmiths because say your gloves now need repairing there’s no way (that I can find anyway) to just repair the gloves, it’s “repair all” or nothing, which is fine but when your early on with a brand new character maybe that’s not something that you can afford if repairing your gloves would be 300 but repairing all would be 10,000 and you’ve only got 8,000. Like how or why would they not add in something as simple as an interface for selecting the repair icon to then drag and drop on one specific item? That omission is ridiculous.

Agree on the gold management. It's the same on xbox. You have to SLOWLY retract the nominal figure by holding down the stick like what were they thinking? Why not just allow you to enter the figure to deposit in your stashes or drop?

About the repairing. If you go to Larzuk or Charsi or whomever if you roll over the item you want to repair and click the right stick you can repair that individual item instead of just "repair all."
