i would bump up magnesium to 500mg...

300mg caffeine is fine...but you can bump it up to 5mg per kg if you're training in the morning/afternoon or not going to sleep for a while.

You can add 25mg l-ephedrine to 300mg caffeine...from my experience i havent felt too much of a difference...but being cautious may be wise ...

chocamine? i take 500mg now...works pretty well i think...

my hands are about 8" but I can barely get tips of thumb and 3 fingers...with index finger off...when trying to grab blob by the face...

-took 1/3 teaspoon of chocamine...I think I ODed on it...LOL...i think that was ~1g and i could definitely feel the effects...similar to what u'd feel on caffeine...and since it's related...no surprise...

-Pull Ups: bw(210) 2x5 reps explosive to chest
-1arm pulldown: 100x2 per arm...this gym has a diff leverage pulldown that maxes at 200 stack but the leverages are diff so it's harder
-neutral pull ups: bw- 3 reps...then attempts to slow down with mostly 1 arm...PHAIL..
CHINS: bw-17 reps to chest...if i used shit load of momentum i could have got 20 me thinks...

ab machine: stack-10 reps

Whew. 300 was a bit much. The Reset AD evidently worked pretty well. I'll up the Mg next time. I'll go w/ 300 again tomorrow, but cut out the diet sodas during the day.

-played 90 min of 3o3 today. Had decent shooting day and played good defense. Tested my vert today and got ~4inches above my wrist today with right hand and running start...tried alley oop but friends kept throwing it up to me too high...meh

I'm thinking if you can't lift 550 off of that, don't try again for a while. Hell, why not just smoke a bowl of crack? Perhaps some PCP's? They worked for Rodney King.

Personally i wouldn't bother with the 2nd set at 225, but other than that looks good to me.
 
Come to think of it standard, i wouldn't fuck with the 2nd set of 225 or the 315.

More warm up than I use. I am however by nomeans an example. Last time I tried a PR i went:

395x1

I've always found I have much more luck with PR's if i keep the warm-up light.

if u got chocamine...use it also...i have had good results with it...i probably feel it more so than ephedrine hcl..however your stack is fine.
