damn it i had a sheet with my last order laying around...i rechecked everything and I was shorted 2 bottles of beta-alanine...ironic as it's been the most effective of all the supps i got in that order. hmm it's been a week since i got the order...hope they can still correct it.

How's that race to 455 coming? My bench is finally starting to feel good again. I think it's the pansy-ass direct shoulder work I've been doing... laterals and face pulls and such.

I watched Transformers and I enjoyed it quite a bit....except for like a couple scenes which i thought were ghey. Good times.

Into the Wild was sad. You should watch it ...it's one of those 'deeper' movies....even get a nice cawk shot in the reflection of the water...I am seeing a trend of showing cawks in R movies as of late...Eastern Promises..now this one....tho they also show some boobs so i guess it evens out...

#3, 1 rep+20 sec hold with right hand, close to 3/16-1/4" left hand then forced close and neg
#3, 10 click with right hand from 1/4"(PR), got gripper to 1/8" with left hand then forced close and neg...then time hold...(PR) also....
#3, 15 clicks with right hand from 1/4" then held closed for 5 sec, from parallel to 1/4" then forced close and neg left hand.

transformers is awesome! i've seen it 3 times...although, i don't feel compelled to buy the movie. meh.

Heroes was "ok" last night. next episode looks like it delivers though.
 
Heros is a terrible show. Just thought I should let you guys know.
 
I absolutely love heros, only TV i'll watch asides sports. However, last nights episode fucking blew. They need to ditch the new chick, and eridacate some of the story lines.

Peter is going to kick some ass next week.
 
yeah im not sure on the new chick. and i thought the parkmans dad was going to be cooler. we'll see.
