Brings to the idea to try out how many bwsquats I can do at the moment and then set a goal.
Will do this next week...
 
i could probably do about 20 bw squats and then die of lack of conditioning.

-200mg caffeine+60mg pseudo-e(woke up with runny nose so this was great)+500mg magnesium+b-complex+500mg enteric aspirin+1000mg korean ginsent(got it lying around so decided to take it)

SquatS: closer stance than normal
-used 50lb barbell so added 5 lb to each set
bw-20 reps
100-10 reps
160-10 reps
210-10 reps
280-10 reps
290-5+0 reps

Bench: used the regular 45lb barbell
45-10 reps
135-10 reps
225-10 reps
275-15+1 reps...FUCK...failed 3/4 of the way up....thought i had it too...
300-10+1 reps...same shit...failed 3/4th of the way up...i think i should have kept pushing it with more speed...i have a bad tendency to slowdown on later reps...

grippers:
BBE-3x(got gripper from parallel to ~3/16" right hand then forced close against leg-gripper came back apart a bit and few second time hold, 2 forced closes against leg left hand and negs )

my shits still fucked up..and its pissing me off...
 
i went quite low..my knee felt mostly fine. My groin is another story. Start right at the crease of inside of leg and hip and goes up...hope it goes away soon...it's got somewhat better over last couple weeks so i am hoping that continues...my pec felt fine on bench which was great news...

Actually, it's got 1000mcg of B12 compared to the Ultimate Nutrition one which has 50mcg. That seems unusual, almost absurd. Either one has far too much, or the other not enough.
 
I would not worry so much about the insane amounts they put in some of them....if it has 100% of DV it should be fine.

in that case bulk nutrition has NOW brand B-complex for dirt cheap as well.
 
Try some icy hot for your groin Devil, i was having a constant twinge there and stretching and hot baths and what not were ok i guess. but the first time i tried icy hot the next day the twinge was gone and its still gone.
 
I'm glad to hear that your injuries are healing up somewhat.

Not being able to lift at 100% is a terrible feeling.

top 3 supps from which I feel direct effects:

#1 caffeine+other stimulants
#2 beta-alanine
#3 creatine

Groin pull is irritating because i cant generate any real strength at the core. I will start putting more menthol or whatever else on it and massaging it more frequently to see if that helps.
 
quit being such a cheap ass and just get icy hot. I've heard good things though abou crytogel. What are you taking with your BA and at what times? I never got anything from mine.
 
I take it in 2-4 dosages throughout the day in 1-2g amounts(once with my creatine in apple juice). I can feel faster recovery and more endurance. I can all but point to the BA for the improved endurance on bw squats, high rep squats/bench yesterday, etc...

I am going to have a while filling out all the supps I take for the medical testing form I got to fill out for police. They;ll have a good laugh at 20+ supps...and I dont even take a protein supplement.
