last time I tried I think it was 160lb DB.

I have serious trouble getting more than 160 pounds on the dip chain at my gym..chain is short, latch is garbage.

on a serious note you can try ordering a chain belt from ironmind....i think dip/chin belt rated at like 500lb+ is <50...the one rated for 2 tons is 99.99(it has some crazy webbing)......i think you will easily get to at least bw with your strength level. When i did it consistantly I was actually doing more total weight than on bench...

yeah..at my old gym (in college) I was able to get 225 on the chain...
 
I got supps from CNW. Most of the time i pick places with free shipping ...cuz it ended up being like 12$...Will see how it goes...

I am down to 203lb....Zero you prolly outweigh me by like 15lb now...

well trying to drop below 200 for police thing...should be fine hto....most of it will be water weight. I already got figured out how much weight I can drop from a big deuce+slight dehydration...plus i can lay off creatine and lose 5lb easy..
 
I thought they were going to take in BF? dont want to spend the money? i can give you tips if you need them to drop the weight.
 
if i can drop enough weight then i dont want to spend 100$ on it....

i'll take those tips...I know wrestlers/boxers got like 100 tips up their sleeve about how to make their weight class quickly...
 
how much do you need to lose? best tips days are for leading up to the actual test.
 
Thanks Fatty. I need to lose 5-8lb....nothing crazy...I am already low bf...so it's going to have to be mostly water weight...


-got to gym at 8:10pm but my lifting was <45min....the other time I was observing Bjj guys or getting a bit of instruction on setting up triangle and then arm bar from close guard......also got a demonstration of 2 different neck cranks...my neck is still sore...LOL....because I heard most people dont submit to this....I asked another guy about it...so he showed me...i was tapping like a little bitch right away...lol...

45-10 reps
135-10 reps
185-10 reps
-45 min break
225-10 reps
235-10 reps

Bench:
45-20 reps
135-10 reps

*45min break

195-10 reps
245-16+0 reps
-pec feels better....

-did 40 bw squats while watching the wrestlers
-did a bit of push ups
-did a bit of stretches for the hams, groin, etc...

Creatine. I just added this into my supp regimen. I nearly shat a kitten when my weight jumped 4 lbs in 3 days.
Damn water weight tricked me.
