No problem dude. I havent ordered from them due to taxes+shipping. I try to order from places where i dont pay taxes and shipping has a deal.

-did some shoulder rotator cuff stuff with bands....good stuff..
grippers:
2 forced closes against leg with clamped BBE to about 1" then negs
#3 got 2 closes with right hand from a bit wider than MMS , 3 forced closes agianst leg with left and then negs
#3 got 1+1 ....same deal...maybe 1/8" off from close on 2nd, 3 forced closes then negs with left
#3 0+1 right with forced close and neg, 3 forced closes left and negs...
#3 1+0 right, 3 forced closes+negs left

video taped first 2 sets with right hand but it came out blurry and u cant even tell it's closed...on my 2nd set i freaking heard it click 100% yet it still seemed way off on camera due to blurriness....i am beginning to hate my camera....also has some battery issues....i recharge it and then after literally min of use after i shut it off and then turn on again it tells me battery is running low...bah...
 
Fantastic. Ever ordered from these guys before? Their packaging looks like the Ephedrine I've bought before. (white bottle, black letters. "Ephedrine 25 mg 200 ct" are the only things on the it).

-felt like utter shit throughout the whole workout.....pathetic....havent been regular with my creatine and perhaps I should have taken more days of rest but was supposed to meet up with a couple gym buddies.....they ended coming earlier due to life obligations so I got screwed in the process...o well...
-realized my carb intake has been low as of late....hence the reason i am down to 205

Squats:

95-5 reps..
135-5 reps
+ knee wraps:

275-1 rep
315-1 rep
335-2+0 reps....struggled on 2nd rep...usual form crap...felt as heavy or heavier than375...yea it was that bad...
+belt:
Bosu ball squats: 5 bw reps
335-2+0 reps....2nd rep was horrible...lsot balance and lunged forward ....literally jumped up so i wouldnt crash into the rack....and racked it...
Bosu ball squats: 40DB held in bearhug-5 reps
335-2+0 reps....gmed the 2nd rep quite a bit....ok i give up here...

Bosu ball squat: 60DB in bear hug- 5 reps

Front Squats onto a 2-3 inch below parallel box with pause:
225-3x2+0 reps...felt super heavy each set...killed my core...

GUNZ!: Standing Alt DB Hammer Curls
40s-5 reps
50s-5 reps
60s-5 reps
65s-5 reps
70s-5+0 reps....did this set at the very end of a workout...

Sitting Calf Raises:
1-45: 5 reps...2 sec pause at the top and bottom
2-45s:5x5.....2 sec pause top/bottom...

370-10x1...got help unracking...took about 75 min to complete all 10 singles

DE bench: -middle finger on outer ring
205-8x3.....30 sec rest between sets...the bar was flying i need to use heavier weight...took about 2 sec for 3 reps which is a bit too fast...

Pull ups:
bw(208)-5 reps to chest
+45-10x3 to chest

Close Grip Bench: thumbs 2 inches past inner rings(for me this is close grip for all the wise asses)
225-4x5
225-10+0 reps

Sitting Cable Rows:
250(stack)-10 reps

Standing Rope Crunches on Pulldown station:
120-5 reps
140-5 reps
150-5 reps

Stand alt DB hammer curls:

good solid workout. maybe a little bit too much benching though.

10x1 was the real workout...everything else was on a whim really...

I gotta step it up if I want to get to 455 bench....Need to beat fatty in our bet...

So far, I'd say you're on track. 370 for 10 singles is probably a bit out of range for me right now. That said, today is bench day and you've inspired me to attack it.

By the way, for our 455 bet, does the lift have to PL meet-worthy... i.e. pause on chest?
 
i'd say slight pause(0.5-1 sec?) and half decent form...doesnt need to be form nazi...but still a decent rep....with grip competition legal(which i believe Smashius said is middle finger on outer ring?)....feet flat on the ground?...I like IPF rules for it...
 
Help unracking is OK. Legal grip is index finger, I believe, not middle. Could be wrong, though. Slight pause, feet on floor, ass on bench all sound good to me.

*edit: just looked it up. it is index finger.

That's OK... middle finger on the rings would have been 20 pounds less for me!

What are your opinions of it? I'm always a little skeptical of supps claiming to be "the next creatine".

I'm in btw - no worries though, my max so far is 365.

And are we agreed on meet-worthy lifting conditions?
