Happy feel Good Friday, gentlemen!

Treadmill 70 minutes 5.1 miles
51 minutes @ 142 average BPM for 4.5 miles. Heart rate maxed at 151.

Crazy seeing the results of cardio training. When I first started, I was hitting my damn max heart rate and getting high 160s from not even running 5 mph. Now I’m running at 5 mph and not even getting to my base cardio heart rate.

This puppy life is keeping me off Sherdog, but I hit all my strength sessions and only missed one conditioning day, but then I did BJJ on Saturday, which is also a lifting day, so I consider it a push. I weighed in at 218 on Monday.

Poor planning had me miss Monday's strength session, but I did it today. I'm a little out of sorts to be out of my normal routine, but I know it's temporary and Wally is so totally worth it.

I'll log more soon, but last week went well. Today everything just felt heavy as shit. I lifted at lunch time, but hadn't eaten anything. Maybe that was why.
