A lot of factors come into play but I know the medical industry will never admit like many thing’s depression can stem from nutritional deficiencies causing an abnormal pattern in the brain ,if they did it would cost them billions ,they rely on medications .
I suffered from a rare skin disease back in the day only 6 ppl in the world had ( I’m actually in the medical books somewhere bc I was the youngest to ever have it ) I went through just about everthing at once ,later on in life I found out the root cause was actually sugar which completely wreaked havok on me , crazy that I only had to change my diet ..I went through chemo therapy to ….lol
