Notes: Deadlifting made me feel like shit even at such a light weight. Felt dizzy, hot, and tired. My legs are also ridiculously sore from squatting yesterday despite the light weight. I'm concerned at how long its going to take me to get back into the swing of things.
So I curled a lot. Made me feel better.

When are you training next? Let me know ill yell some motivational stuff at you so you can remember THIS IS WHAT YOU DO. When shit gets bad, you squat. Don't sweat it

Knuckles, the vomiting was a brand new thing! Just as I started to feel better from the flu, the nausea came very quickly in the middle of the night. I had also eaten an enormous dinner after not eating all week, so that might have had something to do with it. It only happened once, so I'm not pregnant right? lol
LOL, I was thinking of telling you to go get a preggo test, but how are you feeling today?
