Thanks Knuckle! I was so sick I could barely make my way to the computer all week. I've never been this sick in my entire life! I'm still recovering but will be dragging myself to the gym today to do some light training.

BW was at 128 this morning. Before I drag myself to the gym, I'm going to drag myself to a diner.

Notes: Deadlifting made me feel like shit even at such a light weight. Felt dizzy, hot, and tired. My legs are also ridiculously sore from squatting yesterday despite the light weight. I'm concerned at how long its going to take me to get back into the swing of things. So I curled a lot. Made me feel better.

Man, I also get bummed out when my workouts aren't working, and sometimes I've gotten bummed out to an unreasonable degree. But the fact is, all these small setback don't matter in the long run. You're just coming out of heavy fever/sickness, it's only natural to take a bit of time to get your strength back to 100%. Don't worry too much about it.

So I curled a lot. Made me feel better.

Notes: I woke up in the middle of the night last night and started vomiting my brains out. Not sure what that was all about. My body feels horrible physically and mentally. I'm having a hard time in almost every aspect of my life. Training is crap, I'm unemployed, have no money, and not doing well in school. My car broke down while I was at the supermarket today and I had to leave it in the parking lot. I've never felt this low. BUT it can only go up from here right? urghghhjskfhkgg

The red lion didn't break down, that car is an unstoppable force. My baby jetta kicked the bucket. It's sitting at the diner parking lot right now. I guess I should be happy it didn't break down in the middle of Main Street!
 
Don't worry WC! We all go through these tough times and I know the feeling that it will never end. But trust me, it will and you'll get through it.

Knuckles, the vomiting was a brand new thing! Just as I started to feel better from the flu, the nausea came very quickly in the middle of the night. I had also eaten an enormous dinner after not eating all week, so that might have had something to do with it. It only happened once, so I'm not pregnant right? lol

I feel fine. I have chronic stomach problems and always feel nauseous at all times, but I don't feel like I have to vomit anymore and haven't been sick since that night.
