Just saw this in the mix of Belph insults. Thanks calvus! I started lifting three years ago, but probably have only been training correctly and seriously for about a year. I'd like to do a synopsis of my training at the end of the year. I've learned so much about myself and my training.

I hate it when this happens. For the most part I work through stress so I can get my assistance in, but on the occasion that I do skip assistance, I feel like shit.

Hill Sprints
Raced Steve up a long, steep hill 3 times. He'll say he beat me in his log, but I beat him every time of course. Felt weird to run again. I still hate it.

Notes: My sumo pulls felt awesome. I definitely think I'll be making the transition to pulling sumo at competition. My conventional pulls were fast but I feel like I'm jeopardizing my back.
