Some footage of my first set of squats today. And that's my new squatting buddy. I'm trying to get her to start a log!

I had McD's today too. Two double cheeseburgers, a medium fry, and then ate 3 of my son's McNuggets and half of his medium fry. Felt like shit afterwards.

I think you're the only one that doesn't see a difference! I'm not too concerned about it and I think as I add more pulling exercises, it will balance out.

How are the sumos treating you?

Good! I feel like they have helped my conventional and they've definitely improved. When I tested my max about two months ago, I pulled 165 for a very wobbly single. Yesterday, I did a 5 x 5 with 155 and it was incredibly easy. I think I'll still pull conventional at my meet in October.
