Deadlifts and milkshakes

For a while I tried to protect my identity, but now I'm pretty open about it, at least on a site like this. It's hard to remain partially anonymous here, especially if you post training videos or give any insight into where you train or what you look like. Hell, I remember being looked up on facebook by someone on here not too long ago...lol.

Honestly, I couldn't give a shit if anyone on here knows who I am. I'm pretty sure one of my training videos has my full name, there's a picture of the gym I train it, I'm obviously in Cincinnati it wouldn't be difficult to just come find me but I'm not worried about anyone here. If I'm like a weirdo virgin on 4chan that's another story (Chris Chan).

The next time a girl scout comes to my door I'm gonna be like "Oh hey Belph came to find me, awesome." Just to have a good laugh to myself. *then order all the thin mints.

I have multiple reasons for the discretion however the most important is because I am looking for a teaching job. I'd hate to have my name in my log for a future employer to google into.

Notes: I'm starving and tired. I spent my morning volunteering for the Polar Plunge fundraiser for the Special Olympics. I was expecting to paint little kids but spent three hours painting the hairy chests of drunk, college men.

Goon had me doing some strongman stuff at the end of the workout. Pressing dumbbells is fun (once I got the hang of it). I missed on the 20 lbers quite a bit just out of form ignorance. I figured it out towards the end.
