Awesome deadlifting, WC! Can't wait to see the PR! Unfortunately I have no advice to offer about reverse hypers as I've never done them.

Thanks! My back hurts this morning. I guess that's what happens when you sacrifice form...over and over again lol I'll definitely be waiting over a week to try 210.
 
If Derek Poundstone told me to start wearing pink chucks and ladies underwear, I'd have to do some serious soul-searching and probably do it.

Having a long torso definitely makes it more difficult to pull, that's why I recommended really hitting the upper back, will help your shoulders from coming forward. In time your recovery should get better so you'll be able to hit it.

All in all, just doing deads will cover most of it. Reverse hypers look good, I like to really open up my spine so I try and get my legs as far under as possible and try to avoid hyper-extending my back.

Notes: Went for a hike with my beasts. The weather has been really unusually warm here in NY and it was awesome getting some fresh air. I was moving slow as molasses hiking up the mountain though, I'm exhausted from yesterday.

My head hurts and I'm not in a good mood. An 80 year old woman followed me home from work to tell me she didn't approve of my driving and I'm mad at Goon for dumb man-stuff. However, I did get an A on my first grad-level paper! There is a light at the end of this tunnel...
