loololololl omg I'm pretty sure my neighbors just heard me laughing!!! You're ridiculous :icon_lol:

I've been eating Greek yogurt the past few days with some oats and egg whites for breakfast; it's part of my goal to cut some carbs and start dropping weight. That stuff tastes awful and makes me sick to my stomach, but the good news is that it makes me want to stop eating immediately.

How far are you and goon away from Poundstone's gym? I would definitely like to meet you guys and get some good training in when I come back to New England in March.

Say wha??? I love greek yogurt. But some brands can be really gross. I eat Stonyfield Oikos.

We are maybe an hour and a half from Poundstone's. You definitely should come out if it's not too far of a trek. Then I can bombard you with questions face to face!

A friend told me to eat ***e--it's high in protein and really low in calories--but it's pretty aggressively bitter.

Is his gym in New Haven? If so, then it's probably about an hour and a half from where I live, which wouldn't be too far for one day's trek.

EDIT: I apparently can't write f a g e.

Ha, I was trying to figure out what that said before I read the end of the post.

It's in Waterbury. I am not familiar with Connecticut at all but I think it's in the New Haven area based on the signs I saw.

Yeah, I could make it down there for a day. I'll let you know in March when I'm back in the area.

Notes: Almost decapitated myself during the 125 attempt. Woops! Rest of the workout was hard. Goon really tortured me today. Drop sets are no joke!

Video to come soon. I kind of wish I didn't get a new HD camera during my fat stage.

I think the setup looks pretty good, WC. I don't have any points of critique with regards to it, and the only thing I really noticed was that you could do a better job pulling your shoulder blades together during the eccentric portion of the lift. Your descent is fast and, at times, a little loose, and trying to create a "spring" with your scalpulae would help you.

I meant to ask... I assume you're going flat-footed now due to federation rules?? Or am I mistaken?
