Noms:
Protein shake: coffee ice cream, milk, protein powder, peanut butter
A box of mac and cheese and beef
Large can of tuna fish + mayo + crackers
tortilla chips + avocado mixed with salsa
Notes: School started this week. I am not impressed. I'm bored and don't feel challenged but maybe that'll be a good thing.
Here is what my schedule will most likely look like:
Sunday: Deadlift
Monday: Press
Thursday: Squat
Friday: Bench
I thought about doing a two-day split but whenever I combine two lifts in one day, I end up skimping on the accessory. 4 days a week is what I'll be doing for now.
