cereal with whole milk, no time!
1 pound beef with cheesy rice
3 eggs and bacon
chocolate milk

I'm really sore from benching yesterday. That's pretty much a first! I also seriously suck at getting a lot of food in my belly in the morning. I have NO appetite and usually wake up with just enough time to get to work. I need to get my shit together.

What about mixing up a quick shake? add milk instead of water and some peanut butter.

I really should do this. My only excuse for not doing it is my protein powder tastes like balls and I am in no mood to eat it in the morning.
