She won't train with someone else, she say's that she doesn't have time to find a trainer or go to one on a regular basis. With that said, I am planning on doing some glute isolation work and hip flexor stretches. I did some research and found that these were most likely the culprit. If not, then we will back up and punt. She's not in pain, I just don't want this to lead to a problem down the road, ya know?

Research things like lower crossed syndrome LCS by Janda, lot of good info, this is very common as is upper crossed syndrome. I treated many people who had this, it was simply a matter of imbalances.
