I have no memory of every weighing this. I am sure I must have at one time, but I had to sweat to make 148 my first semester of high school, and could not do it the second semester.
Eat more, get stronger.
Last time I weighed 135 I was bodybuilding and my numbers sucked. Trust me...eat!
What do you weigh now?
Not sure, anywhere from 150 to 160. Last cut I was 140 and that was May of 2010, gained some muscle and fat since then, but it's definitely easier when I'm on surplus![]()
Do you ever compete? Also, are you on LI as well?
Not yet. Yes, on LI.
Sweeeet. We should train together some time! I'm upstate most of the time but travel to LI frequently.

Notes: I feel like I got hit by a truck. I'm trying to listen to my body and going to take the week off from lifting and just focus on rehab/rest.
