It's alright, I'm actually 23 but I still act/think like a teenager 90% of the time. How old are you Jester? I'm curious as to what belph thinks is old.

Oh, yeah. There's no doubt about it that I have some piriformis irritation. My doctor hasn't acknowledged it though.

Notes: First time using my new stuff. I LOVED the belt and I think I will get a lot out of it. The slingshot however was confusing as all hell to me. The only way I can explain the feeling was that it was "stuck" at a certain point and I could neither press it up because it was too far back nor lower it because it wasn't heavy enough. My shoulder has also been feeling a little tweaked lately. I'm falling apart! Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to do any assistance today either.
