Where did you get this? I'm looking for something with ~25g protein and ~5g creatine in it.
I do not particularly like powdered creatine, so I just take mono in pill form. Cheap and easy.
Is this available widely or must I buy it online?

Notes: My college gym (which is dope) is closed for the holidays. I got a free week pass to Gold's Gym that is relatively close to my job. I was incredibly disappointed in their equipment. First off, the bars had this really jagged knurling that tore my girly palms to shreds. The plates were round in parts and flat in others so that every time I put down the bar, it would roll around and pull diagonally or crash into my shins. That part was the most frustrating and I skimped a lot on volume I would have normally done. I will never go there again and now need to find a new alternative.

Ya its awesome. Found a gym in an old grocery store that had a back loading area and they set it up as a deadlift/olympic lift area with bumper plates and bars with actual knurling. They also have the old loading docks , up a ramp, with tires up to 800 pounds.Its awesome. 26 a month. We even have a rock. Its in my deadlift vid. Isnt yours free..despite tuition? I watched one vid and it seems preeeety nice.

It's not really free because there is an athletic fee added to my tuition per credit that I take but I pretend like it's free to make myself feel better.
The gym I'm currently at is small so that's good, but lacks in the equipment department big time. Have to bring our own bumper plates and all. Only has one squat rack and limited equipment.Yeah, it was really frustrating. Luckily, my regular gym is amazing with platforms and bumpers. I'll just have to suck it up for the holidays. You look like you have a pretty sweet set-up now though.
Its as good as anywhere now. Underground or hardcore gyms are EXPENSIVE in Texas and Im sure everywhere else. If they let you oly lift there they seem cool. No rock though. Lame
