Yeah, I poked around your channel a bit and that newest video looks solid.

Thanks! I have a video of my first time squatting on there that I love to reference to. I set it as private though because I was getting too many fucking comments/private messages forwarded to my email.
 
Meal 1: Protein sludge, fuckkkk I'm really bad at breakfast.

I have 3 cups of oatmeal, 2 cups of frozen blueberries, and a bunch of whey powder all mixed together daily for breakfast. It's relatively delicious, as well as quick and easy, which I find ideal for breakfast.

Where did you get this? I'm looking for something with ~25g protein and ~5g creatine in it.

I do not particularly like powdered creatine, so I just take mono in pill form. Cheap and easy.

Good question. I am sure you can find it for twice the price at GNC, and I buy it online. I am not sure if you would be able to find it in a supermarket / Walmart type place, but you can surely find the powdered form there.
 
Moo, I know that it's available through GNC. Otherwise, just buy powered creatine and a ton of empty gelatin capsules and make your own. This will save you a lot of money.

Notes: Tried keeping my feet flat on the floor while benching since this is what I'll be doing while competing in the future. It's really uncomfortable right now and I'm not sure exactly how to set up, but I'll work on it.

Notes: My college gym (which is dope) is closed for the holidays. I got a free week pass to Gold's Gym that is relatively close to my job. I was incredibly disappointed in their equipment. First off, the bars had this really jagged knurling that tore my girly palms to shreds. The plates were round in parts and flat in others so that every time I put down the bar, it would roll around and pull diagonally or crash into my shins. That part was the most frustrating and I skimped a lot on volume I would have normally done. I will never go there again and now need to find a new alternative.

Yeah, it was really frustrating. Luckily, my regular gym is amazing with platforms and bumpers. I'll just have to suck it up for the holidays. You look like you have a pretty sweet set-up now though.
 
Ya its awesome. Found a gym in an old grocery store that had a back loading area and they set it up as a deadlift/olympic lift area with bumper plates and bars with actual knurling. They also have the old loading docks , up a ramp, with tires up to 800 pounds.Its awesome. 26 a month. We even have a rock. Its in my deadlift vid. Isnt yours free..despite tuition? I watched one vid and it seems preeeety nice.

That sounds awesome. I did notice the rock! lol

It's not really free because there is an athletic fee added to my tuition per credit that I take but I pretend like it's free to make myself feel better.

Its as good as anywhere now. Underground or hardcore gyms are EXPENSIVE in Texas and Im sure everywhere else. If they let you oly lift there they seem cool. No rock though. Lame
