Drilled the same stuff as this weekend
Rolled with Briana, only one round. I'm really trying to focus on my flaws and see where I am screwing up with her. It seems my biggest mistake is I relax while someone is passing my guard and just let them do it and then start moving. She submitted me with a triangle from side control.
I am improving on my submission defense though. Got caught in a tight guillotine and used a defense that I learned a while back and actually got out of it.
I was starting to feel like I was overdoing the training and needed a break but I've been tweaking my diet. Actually completely revamping my diet. Eating more protein and veggies, eating more frequently and controlling my caffeine/sugar intake. I already feel better.
