I can't believe you're already doing triangle escapes, did that hurt your mouth at all? I have 3 wisdom teeth that need to come out but I'm stalling..

Did a few sets of 10. I'm only doing these because I want a nice ass like Katie Coles...don't judge.:redface:
Do squats!! Then do lunges! Then MOAR SQUATS! Have you not checked out the girls+ squats thread yet? Do it. Then squat to get their ass!
Consequently, I should be doing more grappling/rolling and less gym time, I'm always at like 40-60% capacity during BJJ time =(
I completely understand class crunch time =/ exams are close for me too!

Looks great! I applaud your efforts! Try and fit a rest and relax day in your week somewhere though! I know the allure of bjj is tough
