DDP went further in hit comment too:
DDP :
"Ok, so everyone had their opinions and rumors and stories about a shin break, injuries, etc. I found it all very entertaining, unfortunately none of it is true and myself and the UFC already discussed a fight date and opponent, the June fight was never signed and I did not pull out of any fight, I'm the champion, I know when I fight you as a contender, just show up when I tell you to. Fight announcement coming soon, stay tuned.

In the comments when Chimaev called DDP biggest BS due to the "injury", many South Africans DDP fans wrote as if DDP had just accomplished something amazing in an off screen event. Some were even saying "If Khamzat gets to know this, he won't even want to fight you lolol" or "you're the GOAT!!" .... Like, that UFC 314 event was somewhat suspicious to me... I almost wondered if some big names were being hidden by other not so relevant well known names as a way to smokescreen the real fight. Did DDP as a side quest defeat Jon Jones or Tom Aspinall in HW? Because this injury thing was a cover up and ppl from the UFC told DDP not to reveal it... But which accomplishment would be covered in an event with NPCs covering the big names but at the same time, each fighter, let's say Paddy the Baddy represented a JJ vs DDP or JJ vs Alex or JJ vs Aspinall/ Aspinall vs DDP match up...?
One curious thing tho is that ever since the UFC 314 Tom has looked more anxious or worried at some big consequences... And when he was quickly analysing the matches, he said "Jean Silva vs Bryce Mitchell, likely the most intriguing fight of all" and then later he lamented Bryce lost, saying "Unfortunately Bryce Mitchell lost... Also, Jean Silva, in a moment of pressure managing to pull up they guillotine choke is just surreal....
Like, wtf...?
