DDP outclassed - strength or technique? both?

I was going to make an Armchair Analysis thread lol... if maybe 1% of this speculation proves useful to deconstructing Borz it may be all worth it.

I think it was both strength and technique. Let's be real, Khamzat was also the bigger guy in there.

As ridiculous as it is to say out loud, Khamzat did not show that aura of invincibility here. Unlike Merab, he fatigues and that can be exploited--if only theoretically. If RDR can take punches he has a very good chance at exhausting Khamzat. RDR avoided submission by Kade Ruotolo so I think he will be within his depth with the submissions.

But Khamzat will probably train striking for that match and could very well chin him like Malykin.

So everyone saying technique.. is Khamzat going to do that against a guy with much better technique like RDR?

Yes. RDR is not Burns in terms of jiu jitsu and guard play. You need someone with serious jiu jitsu, or a Chuck Lidell type who can stuff every takedown and outbox him to put Khamzat away.

Khamzat will drown RDR with top pressure, then outstrike him at will when he's gassing like RDR did vs Whittaker.

I think Fluffy has a better chance than RDR does against Borz, and he's still the Moicano to Khamzat's Islam.

Definitely just strength, he needs to hit the gym harder and get a strongman as his head coach so he can match Khamzat's strength, which is basically all grappling is based on anyway.

It was funny how sherdog got spammed with threads and posts about how heavy and strong Dricus was, like it definitely would be enough to stop Khamzat's wrestling.
