Says he wasn't expecting Izzy to get so riled up, but he has no regrets on anything he said.

He thinks Izzy is dealing with some things beyond their fight which are contributing to him being extra emotional, but that it's not a good idea to be carrying that into or processing that while fighting.

He says he 10-7ed Adesanya during the presser.

Says he is going to be a "big boy" after fully rehydrating, so expect him to be stronk & jacket in the cage.

Dricus says he appreciates all fans, including the haters, as they just add to the numbers tuning in.

Also that he believes Izzy needs to try to be angry to fuel himself to be here, seems true. I mean it worked in his rematch with Poatan... but he does seem to be a hot mess right now. This is one of the most interesting things about this fight for me.

Adesanya did it to himself. He created mortal enemies(hyperbole crap here but you know what I mean) out of Pereira, Strickland, Costa, Dricus and I'm probably missing a few. He admits he's petty, what that means is that he keeps that hate inside and it consumes him. He beat a few of those guys but that's not enough. He carries a lot of baggage.

Yeah me too. It may cause Izzy to step on the gas pedal trying to take Dricus out. If he does take more chances, will that be to his benefit, or demise?

I kind of think that Adesanya may be able to capitalize on Dricus' style, where he kind of bull rushes and overextends with his chin up. That he may clip him with a counter that he kind of runs into.

But I can also see Dricus smothering him with the grappling, and out hustling him with volume in between, so I really have no idea who takes this one.

Neither does anyone else, honestly. Anyone confidently picking either guy is nuts. Too many intangibles. I hope DDP beats the piss out of him but I could see Izzy doing a Costa on him.

DDP has made two consecutive opponents cry. That has got to be a record. I don't even recall it happening once before. And he's not even saying anything crazy. Just hitting the right sore spot on the fighter.

He's correct, Izzy is probably dealing with the hate he gets for the fakish cool act he portrays, which is all his fault. People love those who are real and down to earth, Izzy is none of those things. Plus he's racist imo, and I never ever say that about anyone. He was calling DDP all kinds of racist shit in a vid, and you could see the hate while he was saying it, fuck Izzy.
