smashed lol, he had a elbow graze on his forehead, and a sore ass from the knees whilst Khmazat backpacked the whole fight.

So basically, his ass got smashed.

When you say DDP got smashed, for people who didn't watch the fight, it sounds like he got his ass whipped. When in reality, he got held down on the canvas for 25 minutes.

Smashed means being totally defeated, dominated. 50-44 is the peak of domination. No one with a sane mind could argue against that score and no one could say whoever for 50-44 in a title fight isn't getting smashed. Yeah if Khamzat landed vertical elbows while he had DDP in the crucifix, DDP would have been with his face mushed. Dricus said "he'd kill someone in from of their family". Chimaev could land huge strikes there but he was set to just dominate instead of making that a bloody terror. Anyways, their face post fight tells the tale. 500 strikes vs 49... A record in a difference of strikes. They carried the same weight. But even light ground and pound over 24 minutes is enough to make DDP's face all swollen while Chimaev's face was clean.

The referee stood them up more than once when Chimaev was striking... Khamzat just went on and took him down again —> the referee was even "yeah fuck it, Chimaev can do whatever he wants " ...

Heck if we take 10-8 more seriously in the sense of mounted for the whole round while outstriking, that's effective grappling + advantage in striking and working submissions —> that could even be 4x 10-8s as only the fifth round DDP could breathe. It could have even be 50-41 lol. Btw 50-44 is the definition of utterly dominance and ... Smashed. Dricus had a lion heart and didn't give up but he was dominated for 99% of the fight

You have to either fuck someone or knock them out in order to have "smashed" them. Neither happened, so it was not a smashing.

Yea it was way worse, he completely embarrassed DPP. I mean, DPP didn't even try to fight the hands, basic shit.
