He's turning 41 next month and getting fatter by the day, plus he's barely even training because of all the promotional/commentator stuff he does. Stipe works out religiously and is in fantastic shape 24/7.

DC's win over Stipe was one of the greatest flukes in MMA history. Stipe proved it in their rematch and he will prove it again when he completely annihilates Cormier from start to finish next time.

Stipe by 1st round KO.

Stipe couldn't last one round in their first fight, and was getting dominated in the second fight, good on Stipe for winning, and making a brilliant change during the fight, but he was getting destroyed everywhere the whole fight.

DC by highlight reel KO, first round.

Well you aint wrong.

Cyrmeir had to fucken gauge his eyes to win first time.

All Stipe has to do in the rubber match is keep going to DC's body. It's his only glaring weakness. DC's only loses have come in fights where his opponents went to the body repeatedly. He has a good chin, good head movement, and a soft middle

Stipe by 1st round KO.

Is it your small mind that leads you to believe he's "barely training" or do you have some kind of actual evidence of such a thing?

I really cringe at weird little forum dwellers who pretend to know what someone is or isn't capable of, or is or isn't doing in their lives when they are working off little glimpses of insight into that person's life.

Do we even know if they will make it or if Stipe will sign on for it?

Stipe was down 2 rounds to 1 going into the 4th. He made a great adjustment that ultimately won him the fight, but I'm sure that he's taking those first two rounds that he lost very seriously and looking to make further adjustment. The same goes for DC as he'll be looking for ways to protect his body more and maybe even create a counter for a body attack. A victory isn't guaranteed for either fighter in the trilogy fight and it should be a tough one.

Stipe now knows that he needs to punch DC in the gut full of chicken.

I’m not saying Stipe won’t win but that’s a bold assertion. DC KO’d him in one round the first time and was dominating most of the second fight.

stipe was on his way to a decision win in the second fight and everyone, im sure, knows at this point that the first fight was extremely controversial at BEST, and dirty at worst

DC Was dominating stipe until he gassed. Stipe will most likely lose. Then when DC retires he will lose against an updated Francis Ngannou in their rematch for a vacant title. The first two rounds of the second fight is how I imagined their first fight would have looked DC is better everywhere.

I wouldn’t rely on age being a Stipes staple especially since it hasn’t even been a year since their second fight. Dc Has only shown to gotten better with age. He is a bit slower at heavyweight but he’s faster than almost every other heavyweight besides JDS. He’s a still strong enough to rag doll guys like stipe and has excellent boxing and clench work take downs and take down defense.

Yes DC wins and retires with the lineal ship of the UFC’s heavyweight division just like Jon Jones even in his absence holds the lineal ship of light heavyweight.

You low spectrum imbeciles should at least try to tell entire story. Like how Stipe was out of action for months after DC trashed his retina.

"Miocic suffered damage to his retina after dealing with inadvertent eye pokes, which was a similar issue he raised after his first fight with Cormier in 2018. The second time around, Miocic survived the eye injury to score a late knockout against the former two-time Olympian to reclaim the UFC heavyweight title.

Unfortunately afterwards, Miocic was forced to undergo a procedure to repair the damage done and he’s been relegated to the sidelines ever since."

Sherbros: DC was winning until he lost.

The division is a joke and should be shutdown for elderly abuse.

You can’t even score the first two rounds for stipe that’s how bad it was he was getting I obliterated dominated thrown on his head outstruck owned in wrestling and made to look like an ameture had DC not gassed stipe would be getting knocked unconscious by the new and improve Francis Ngannou for an unclaimed heavyweight championship, DC got this.

Stipe fans have to make excuses for the domination he endured at the hands of DC for those first couple of rounds LOL. Tells me everything I need to know #AND NEW!
