DC: Jones is unbeatable at LHW

He is damn close to unbeatable. It's crazy how many great fighters haven't come close at all.
I was so pissed when Gus got stomped on the rematch, had money on him lol.

Jones is an LHW, not an HW.

We know how desperate you are to see him lose but sadly it wont happen, so keep some Kleenex handy when he sleeps Reyes.

I'm all about entertainment. He throws his gay oblique kicks from a distance and plays it way too safe. I bet he always picked oddjob in goldeneye also. He's the Floyd mayweather of mma lol

Damn, good to see some other OG Goldeneye players in here haha. I still play it sometimes tbh, one of the best game ever made.

But as a Jones fan, aren't you curious about how he would handle a fight in which he doesn't have a massive weight/height/reach advantage?
Gus and Santos are close, but I'd like to see JJ deal with a bigger guy.
Like how Wanderlei Silva in his prime fought HW Mark Hunt and Fujita, Anderson Silva fought Forrest Griffin, Randy Couture had Tim Sylvia, BJ Penn fought Machida, Crocop had Aleksander, Big Nog submitted Bob Sapp, etc...

We've seen Jones beat smaller guys (very skilled smaller guys, but still) so many times, it would be interesting to watch him deal with a big, big guy.
Not because I'm obsessed with watching him lose, I'm not even talking about feeding Jones to 100% Ubereem or Miocic, but someone who is a legit HW, maybe in the lower top 10 rank, to see how he would deal with this.

Someone like Travis Browne would have been perfect IMHO: massive natural HW (so, not simply a bloated up LHW) with a decent set of skills, but not a world beater either.

Which is why it took MW Thiago Santos to beat him.

Good of DC to admit inferiority to Jones and acknowledge two, not one, losses to the GOAT.

Speaking to BT Sport, former UFC dual-champ Cormier, who technically lost to Jones twice (though one result was later overturned to a no contest), said while he still sees a couple more challengers for Jones at 205 pounds, he just doesn’t think any of them have what it takes to beat him.

“I don’t know who beats Jon Jones,” Cormier admitted. “I really don’t, and obviously you guys know my feelings towards him, but he’s good, man. I think it’s going to take a heavyweight. It’ll be one of those guys – one of those big, big guys that will shut the lights out. I just don’t know if those guys can beat Jones over 25 minutes.”

When saying “those guys,” Cormier also includes UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya, who has been trading barbs with Jones, drawing interest from the general public and the media on a potential fight between the pair further down the line.

“He’s a good fighter,” Cormier said of Adesanya. “He has so many weapons and, look at me, I feel I’m one of the greatest fighters of all time, and he (Jones) beat me twice. So, that says a lot about who he is as a competitor. But can Israel fight him? Yes, especially if Jon takes the wrong approach to fighting ‘Izzy.’ You fight Israel Adesanya, you better go get some takedowns because if you stand with him, he’s dangerous for anybody.”

One loss, one NC due to roids. At least get it right if you're going to troll.

DC 's humility is really shocking sometimes. The maturity to come forth and admit that. All class. No excuses, no broken limbs, unfair doctor stoppages, crotch sniffing, unfair kick to my knees excuse. This is how you take an L.

A 17 year old somewhere trains in the world who will emerge in about 5 years to stomp the crap out of then old man Jones. And I won't celebrate it cuz it'll be mileage more than ability.

Jones is the best in his time period at his weight class. He is 32 his days are numbered.

Get a shit feeling Jones is going to get slept by Reyes and it is not due to skill, it is just luck because of Jones doing an Anderson Silva vs Weidman 1.

Anyone else notice that Jon will use his opponents specialty against them? He did it with Santos big time and almost lost because of it (I had Santos barely winning). His first fight with DC, he man handled him with Wrestling and you could see DC was pissed and upset due to this.

The only fighter so far he hasn't done this too was Smith and that was because of he knew he would lose because of it.

I don't known what Round, but Reyes has to finish before round 3 or he is just going to get Subbed by Jones because Jon wants to really make Reyes his bitch.
