It's crazy how many people put him top 10
I feel like you haven't thought it through
Recency bias. IMHO.

Over Cain, you’re mental.
The argument are his wins and resumé. Cain did great things but he couldn’t stay healthy. He is a what if. Werdum subbed 2 of the hw kings, Fedor and Nog. KO’d Cain. Beat tough fighters like Hunt, Nelson, Gonzaga, Bigfoot. He also managed to sub Overeem when he was a one trick pony. Cains best win was JDS.That's not an argument.
And a better argument than Werdum being higher ranked than Cain, just because of one win, could be made for Dennis Hallman being ranked over Matt Highes for beating him twice via submission in a combined 82 seconds.
But, literally no one actually does rank Dennis Hallman higher than Matt Hughes, for good reason, that you apparently don't know.
It just illustrates that he was never the best of anything, any Division or any competition or any camp or commentary team for that matter. What’s actually laughing your ass off worth: many people cheer second bests and somehow put them in their at all time number one lists![]()

I expected more from a 2011 account.
You must be my Alias accountYou said all time GOAT which expands the comparison to all MMA fighters. This means he is not even TOP 10.
He lost at LHW and couldn't defend for more than one fight at HW. Most of his HW wins are also over guys who were past their prime (and he only got decision wins against them).
Did Ken Shamrock make your top 20?I have him ranked 12th all time at LHW between Frank Shamrock and Forrest Griffin.
Did Ken Shamrock make your top 20?
How the fuck can Cain be above Stipe?HW -
1/2. Fedor
1/2. Cain
3. Stipe
4. DC
5. CroCop
LHW -
1. Jones
2. DC

Werdum lost to JDS when he was a one trick pony. My bad I forgot he subbed Cain. That’s far worse than being KO’d. You’re discrediting Werdums win on Fedor and Cain. But they weren’t on their way out at that time. Werdum took his soul. Lesnar is an okay name to his resumé. But keep hugging onto Cain like he’s some god. His career was ruined by injuries, but who is at fault for said injuries? What if he stopped Big Nog, Lesnar, and Big Foot (twice) in the 1st round?
Oh wait, he did.
Clearly old and out of their primes after the wars they've had in MMA.
It was by submission.
And yeah, he beat Cain after a year and a half off from injuries, surgeries, training to fight, and getting injured and needing surgery again. It was one of the worst cases of ring rust I've ever seen, and its doubtful Cain even was at 100% before fighting. After a year and a half he knew he had to fight or he's be stripped of the belt.
And then get beat by Overeem twice after that.
No, it was whipping Lesnar within four minutes.
JDS was too tough for his own good and just got hammered and hammered for 5 rounds... twice... and he never quit.
Underappreciated how tough JDS. One of the toughest bastards in the UFC.
Oh, this just occured to me... JDS KOed Werdum in the 1st round. If Werdum's one win over Cain matters so much, then JDS's win over Werdum matters just as much, right?
And your post is exactly what I'd expect from a 2013 account that only posts here occasionally.
This guy is a troll. My last response to him will be the last. He’s like that annoying girlfriend from high school who twists your words. How the fuck can Cain be above Stipe?

My list would be:
1. Fedor
2/3: Stipe, Werdum (no order)
4: Nog
5: Overeem

Resumé is all I said. You were trying to use counter mmath on me like I was using it. This standard you speak of is a creation of your mind. So?
A win is a win, apparently.
Oh, and that 'one trick pony' had wins against Brandon Vera, Gonzaga (twice), Alexander Emileniko, and his one win against Overeem.
Keep reminding everyone you're a 2013 blue belt account.
Sure bro.
Like you're hugging onto Werdum. Sure.
Awesome bro. Just don't forget your #5 has two wins over Werdum.
But that's doesn't matter much overall, actually. In addition to Dunham, Matt Hughes has two losses to BJ Penn at 170 but Penn isn't on many WW GOAT lists... because practically every other time he fought at 170 he didn't win.
So, my point is all of this is 100% subjective. You disagree with me? Great. I disagree with you? Great. But getting pissy about another opinion differing than your own? That's exactly what a 2013 blue belt account would do.
Not trolling.
I'm using your own words... your own standards... against you. That is what is done in debate, and you've proved you can't hang in.
Good luck with your women problems, bro.
