No idea honestly. I haven't done a max attempt without wraps since I started using them. Sometimes I have mixed feelings about using them at all but if it means I can train without knee pain... it's hard to argue with.

That is something I'd kind of like to know, though. I know they're "light" wraps but I wouldn't be surprised if my max was 40# south, or more, without them. Maybe after this meet I'll make the time to find out.

---Felt sluggish overall today. No energy. Pretty happy with how well I stayed in my groove but the speed was dick.

--Benching set up felt terrible. All over the place. Just couldn't seem to get tight enough.

--Even with all of that I'm getting pretty amped about this upcoming meet. I feel good. Confident.

Man, i"m really curious about what wraps would do for my squat... hmm..it's tempting lol.

Also, random ass question. When you used to do 40k, how fucking long did it take you to paint em?? This shit is taking me forever lmao. I"ve had them like 2 months and I"m barely half-way done haha.
