Alex would be be an easy fight for Jones at HW.

For starters, beating Aspinall = beating the paper champ. He would need to beat Jones and become undisputed to truly have won a 3rd belt.

Second, title defenses definitely matter. Alex had *zero* MW defenses and now has one LHW defense.

That is simply not a "GOAT" resume.

The thing about Alex is he won the MW title from Izzy, got KO'd by Izzy, moved to LHW, and got a title fight after one LHW fight. Now he's defended the belt once, and they're talking about him getting an immediate shot at a HW title. This is like one step above how they fast tracked McGregor to his double champ status. He's barely started fighting at LHW ( a weak division). I think he needs to clean out one division before he starts going for a third belt
