I think the UFC is using the two UAE Warriors cards this week to scout fighters for DWCS while their matchmakers are there
UAE 61: Chopurov might be on their shortlist, Zalal might have joined UAE Warriors for a test outside his local promotion against a tough opponent with Pena, Chaaban and Bulaid are taking a second fight in two months, Morozov is also coming from his local promotion to UAE Warriors, maybe Saidaliev at HW
UAE 62: Boynazarov is fighting a recent UFC vet, Osmanli vs Jacobs could be a prospect vs prospect to get in DWCS, same for Daniyabeov vs Muradov, 2 Kazakhs leaving the local scene to face tough vets, maybe even Zouad taking a second fight in two months

I would like to see Chopurov in the UFC, Morozov, Japanese flyweight, and Saidaliev at DWCS, maybe Felipe of the Fighting Nerds or the Uzbek who has beaten Llontop, I think Osmanli will not make it this year
Lots of the other fights were mismatched can-crushings. I think Chaaban's opponent came in injured. I don't think the UFC likes Pena's style, even if he's quite high-level

Hecher was going to face Caolan Loughran at UFC 304 on short notice when Ramon Tavares withdrew. He's looked pretty good, but it's hard to say how good he is given the level of talent he's faced. Having him face Yaman Mjahed is still one of the baffling fights WOW has put on. It was a big step in competition for Yaman early on in his pro career and he lost. With that said, Mackson is a good opponent for him. Tough fight to call.

UFC needs scouts they should make a podcast on ufc fight pass where they can look at them.

MMA not like USA football where scouts have sites like 247Sports which has been the most accurate scouting entity among the recruiting industry when it comes to evaluating first-round prospects subscription-based sports websites. Their main competor RIVALS was just bought by another company a sports website like RIVALS they could buy and add MMA if they afraid the cost of a scout would high.
