I would love to know what he did to piss them off so bad.
They usually aren't this negative towards the prospect of hiring/re-hiring any fighter.

UFC fighters do way worse thoughI'd say assaulting people (ie suckerpunching Kape) at the UFC PI played a pretty big role.
Hopefully Dana sticks to his guns on thisDon't give in - Dana!!![]()
I don't think it was just one thing. I think it was multiple things that accumulated to where UFC brass were just like fuck this guy.I would love to know what he did to piss them off so bad.

Yea that makes sense.I don't think it was just one thing. I think it was multiple things that accumulated to where UFC brass were just like fuck this guy.
Dana had mentioned Mokaev having beef with the matchmaker. Mokaev sucker punching Kape. Mokaev's management talking to PFL before his contract had expired trying to force/extort UFC to give him a better deal. Just scummy shit over and over.

“Mokaev and his management team tried to check on what PFL would pay well before his last fight on the deal,” Davis’ source said in their screenshotted direct messages. “UFC got wind of this and considered it the last straw of why they weren’t going to re-sign. It’s why Dana mentioned, ‘PFL is getting a good undefeated guy.’
“Essentially, he was trying to use the number from PFL as leverage,” they concluded.
