The FBI needs a serious overhaul on the top end. There needs to be tons of firings or re-assignment of top brass that have become political activists.

Lets purge them out and leave a huge amount of empty seats and when the Dems get power next they can rebalance the FBI in the way it should have always been and make sure the ranks get a ton more D voters!

Christopher Wray, James Comey, and Bob Mueller weren’t previously FBI. Comey and Mueller were both briefly deputy AG’s for Bush.

Christopher Wray on the other hand was most famous for defending Chris Christie during bridgegate before he was overwhelmingly confirmed as a “qualified” FBI director.

Lawyers that worked in and out of government . Just like Kash Patel.

Before you mention having ran departments. Patel ran several bureaus in the last Trump admin.

Bongino has ample law enforcement experience and government experience as a secret service agent across 3 Republican and Democrat administrations. He also has all those higher education accolades that get lefty knees knocking.

Patel had agreed before confirmation that he would promote within to deputy FBI director. I think Trump chose Bongino to have Kash Money’s back as there is sure to be some Stzrok types lurking in there still. They’ll see who is worthy of being promoted to that position and we’ll likely see Bongino step aside after a year.
