Maybe a little bit of both but it looked like she was concerned for her....So I say she felt sorry for her.Cant tell if the judge is annoyed or feels bad for her.

How so?For posters who who rant about racism you two are firmly prejudicial thinkers along racial lines.
She goes to the gym bro to relieve her stress, just like me!!!!!Defense did a better job making amber look like a normal person worthy of life than prosecution did the dead guy. Unless I missed something?
Mistrial incoming.
Please see my posts earlier ITT. There is no first or second degree in Texas. They won't get a capital murder conviction which is their version of first degree, but if they can prove intent, the conviction would be for murder (called second degree in other places), and if not, she can still be convicted of a lesser crime, i.e. manslaughter.Do you think this 1st degree murder or manslaughter?
Can you get 1st degree without providing a motive?

You can get 2nd degree (just regular "murder" in Texas) if there was no motive (non premediated). Can you get 1st degree without providing a motive?

All you would need to prove is that it was reckless and the killing was unprovoked (forensics of him dying on his couch proves this was unprovoked and she was 100% reckless)
Yeah and lets investigate every defense attorney ever for obstruction of justice too. Look, she has a legal right to union representation during any investigation or questioning. Just like she has the right to an attorney. You shouldn't understand what the union president did. You should be appalled at his actions.
Amber was removed from the scene and placed in a car by a police officer, we'll call that police officer #1. Police officer #1 was placed on the stand. The union president outranks police officer #1 in the police force and pulled rank to get Amber out of the police car.
There's no excuse for what the union officer did. He, as well as many more in the Dallas PD, should be investigated and charged with obstruction of justice.
She feels like a piece of crap and hates herself for what she has done....She just said.
If she had any honor, she would lock herself in some shed or someshit and talk to no one for 25 years(if the states does nothing to her) or/and commit suicide.......then ill believe she actually feels bad for what she did.
She is just trying to save her ass...maybe she does feel super bad but it's clear that she wants to get off scott free.....Fuck that.
You don't need a motive it just helps paint a picture to the jury. Usually if there trying to prove premeditation they go after Intent if there's no motiveI guess that was my question. Do you need motive to prove premeditation?
