Crime Dallas Officer Kills Man in Apartment "She Thought Was Hers"

Yall keep giving her the Benefit of The Doubt with murder.

Know why it's murder?

Cause she was on her gotdamn phone with the DPA and her lil fuck buddy, when she should have been rendering aid.

Her intention after fucking up was to cover her ass. In doing so she failed to provide Botham with first aid.

The prosecution has outlined this and are likely waiting till today to slam dunk guyger on it.

She could have overdrawn/raised to high in a panic and squeezed a shot on the correction. He could have pitched forward or stumbled. She wasn’t on duty at the time, but cops can be charged with anything regardless. I don’t think this is felony murder but we don’t have that statute out here anymore so I might be wrong.

You shouldn't understand what the union president did. You should be appalled at his actions.
Amber was removed from the scene and placed in a car by a police officer, we'll call that police officer #1. Police officer #1 was placed on the stand. The union president outranks police officer #1 in the police force and pulled rank to get Amber out of the police car.
There's no excuse for what the union officer did. He, as well as many more in the Dallas PD, should be investigated and charged with obstruction of justice.
 
Sleeping with a married man removes some of that innocent white girl glow from her.

She likely is. Testifying on your own behalf in a murder case, tends to ratchet up the nerves and anxiety. They probably gave her a few downers to calm her down.

You are right. And what really pisses me off about this whole case is that it's an issue of if she really thought it was her apartment. It doesn't fucking matter what she thought. It's her responsibility to know where the fuck she lives. Unless someone deliberately tried to trick her into somehow believing she was in her apartment when she wasn't, then she's a fucking idiot who killed an innocent man. In that case, she deserves to be locked up for a very long time. It's not like this is a case of someone driving their car and not being able to avoid moving out of the way of someone who suddenly jumped into the street.
 
Cant tell if the judge is annoyed or feels bad for her.
