custom winning gear.

I used Google Translate and Rakuen doesn't work Sundays and Wednesdays. Says on their websites 3 weeks to make it. Shipping is based on the weight of the package.

They completely ignored my first email about the color combinations and estimated time (Because it was written down on their website many times and a dumb question.)

The second email I sent them was in regards to the FG5000; if they had the old model or the new model in stock. The response was lightning fast.

Thank you very much for your interest.

All stocks of FG5000 are current model (weight saving) JPY33000.

We have only one old stock Blue M size, and if you prefer
it is JPY23000 discounted.

I might not get a custom color at all. I already ordered custom Mexican gear so I have my fix already.

If you want a old version Medium Blue FG5000 for $286 (roughly), better jump on it and email Rakuen to order it.

Both. Screen printing doesn't cost anything. Embroidery is another 30%.

I wish I knew screen printing was available and free before I ordered my pair of MS600. Not only did I spend the additional 30% to get my name embroidered on it but also the threads used in the process are falling apart - ridiculous when you consider the price paid. I DO NOT recommend to get the gloves with embroidery.

Other than that the gloves are great!

Now the plot thickens. I know for a fact that the Winning Showroom in CA has only one old-style FG5000 left as I tried it on this week. Guess what the color and size is: Blue and Medium. I'd say that Rakuten gets it stock direct from Winning and does not have it's own supply.

For what it's worth, the metal feels so much heavier than the new reinforced plastic style I would rather pay the extra.

So you assume rakuten is importing gear from CA exported there in past to send it further (again to the U.S. for exemple)... To be honest I do not think so. I guess it's just a coincidence.

If he gets his gear direct from Winning USA, then how can he offer the gear with a 20% or more discount? I would say it is just a coincidence as blue is the most common colour.

Yup, I'll certainly agree with it most likely being a coincidence. But it is a funny one and if there's any more evidence it may be time to bring Mulder and Scully out of retirement.

Just throwing it out there. Custom embroidery is 30% but the screen print Is no longer free, it's $10

This is not about custom Winning gear, but might be interesting for somebody anyway. Not sure whether it has already appeared here, if yes - apologize in advance.
Found on the JPN Winning website a link about the make of MS-200. Resolution is not great, but anyway...
It's in Japanese, but with a bit of help from google translate you can find out what is it about :)

Maybe Airbrush gear? I've gotten some gloves airbrushed and the paint has held up extremely well for 3 months so far.
