custom winning gear.

Does anyone know if you get different screen printing on each glove, or does it have to be the same word? $10 is a great price, will probably do this on my next pair, though I wished they used a matching blue rather than black.

I'm sure you could, but i would contact winning directly just to make sure. In the comment section you would have to put specifically what you want and on what glove, for example you would want to tell them that you want your first name on the left glove and your last name on your right glove.

I can't seem to find the email that kaz sent me, but from what I remember, embroidery does not cost 30%, but rather a fixed rate depending on the product. I believe it was that headgear and groin protector embroidery are both cheaper than embroidery on gloves. The only rate that I know for sure is that embroidery would have cost $55 on my 10 oz fight gloves, where if the rate was 30%, it should have cost $83.

edit: Found the email

You struck gold brother! I always wondered what the factory looked like.

I owe you a drink. :icon_lol:

I am glad you like it, I will keep on digging :icon_lol: It's difficult to find anything about manufacturing of Winning, but I believe in success...

Anyway... This way look baby pink Winning

And here is a nice picture of amateur type Winning... and actually the picture is nice in general...

And a again a nice picture. Of a headgear. I am not absolutely sure which, but to me it looks like a huge H1600 on the small pretty head :)

Also found something on the JPN web... We might expect Mexican style fight gloves made by Winning in future. It's one of their goals.
Also (just a curiosity) Winning claim their gloves were used in Ali vs. Bugner fight in Kuala Lumpur.

Do you have a picture of them gloves?

I had Technoir send my gloves to get words painted on in Mexico for these gloves. The Veritas and the Aequitas are the sprayed on words. They have held up amazingly well, better than the white area of my gloves which have started to scuff and fade. You're going to have to check the prices in your area. Depending on what you want sprayed on, the price will be different.

Thanks man, that helped me out a lot. Do you think embroidery is that much better than print?

Thanks! What do you use the gloves for?

I can't say for sure, but I got print because of its lower cost and fast turnaround time. I would be worried about the longevity of the threads. Here's a picture of the print, sorry for the gigantic pic lol. The print is gold and has a nice shine to it

Dude that looks so sick, since I'm getting a headgear, do you think i can get screen print on both sides of the Forhead?

Actually most of that stuff is Sergio Garibay. The focus mitts in the first 2 photos are Winning though.

That would explain the 3rd photos green color. Winning does not make that color

Thats true. Got to give credit to the guys in this thread though (including you Skribble) for posting so much useful information and so many awesome pics.

Best Winning thread ever on Sherdog.

Here's some of the more interesting customs I've seen, all owned by the Kameda bros. I haven't seen a lot of pros outside of Japan use multi colored customs

What colour is Daiki rocking? Looks like a tan/cream or something?

Yeah thats probably it. Thanks for posting those pics too, your right in saying you don't see much Winning with dual colours.

Daiki looks like he's sparring in his pajamas in that pic BTW. LOL.
