CroCop's wins over Sakuraba and Wanderlei were impressive wins at the time. Much comparable to Machida defeating Penn in K-1 Heros imho. Regardless of weight-class beating a good, proven fighter is still beating a good, proven fighter.

machida beating bj penn doesn't rank amongst machida's top 5 wins, maybe not even top 10 wins

Agree to disagree here. Penn was one of Machida's top 10 wins ever imho, just not a top five caliber win.

I think CC is an all time great, but a couple points to make here:

1. Join date has nothing to do with someone's analysis of Cro Cop or what they know about MMA. Your expertise on MMA has nothing to do with when you joined Sherdog fan internet forums and to imply otherwise is total teenage ignorance.
2. Your join date is 2010 and you're still a white belt, so even if join dates or post counts mattered, you'd still be on the outside looking in.
3. While I agree with your analysis of CC for the most part, your typical adolescent "anyone who disagrees with me doesn't know what they're talking about" decree isn't an argument, isn't productive, and offers absolutely nothing of value. Basically, you didn't make a point at all in your post.

All-time great. One of the few fighters who actually deserves to be called an MMA Legend. I'll never forget how watching his fights introduced me to the wonderful world of MMA.
