Nothing really. Democrats actually won a presidential election (remember that in America, it is almost impossible to have an ideological extremist president), and the portion of the left that opposes any actual action got mad about it.

Poor people who can't afford their spawn. Instead of having the burden of another human to pay for, they have the option to terminate it before it's an issue. Hence aid in stopping the spread.

Democrats have not been successfully sued in front of the SCOTUS for their gerrymandering, and then IGNORED the SCOTUS order to hard a Special Master had to be installed. Democrats arent so worried about their districts that they're threatening to impeach elected State Supreme Court Justices who have publicly said the gerrymandering was an issue. Democrats dont have a recent very defined History of doing everything they can to thwart popular votes in multiple States

Your "examples" were absolutely pathetic. You listed things that the Democratic party has not actually accomplished. Getting money out of politics? They haven't done shit.
