My two theories

A) Either he's using some extremely advanced cycling and that's why he keeps and it doesn't add up.


B) Or, he's so bad at cycling that everytime he gets caught it throws off USADA. They aren't used to this level of carelessness. Like nobody could be this dumb to show pass a test then 24 hours later have a picogram of Turnibol.

Makes sense his brothers are in the NFL and it’s a wide known fact that NFL guys know how to cheat the system. Matt Mitrione is a former NFL guy and touched in the subject in an old interview.

He's definitely cycling. His bros are in the NFL, anyone who doesn't think he isn't doing pro cycles is an absolute buffoon. And people stop saying he's microdosing thats so dumb. Shelving is the next best thing to mainlining some drugs. It enters your blood stream within 5mins or so and is ment to skip the liver or something like that. Works well if your scared of needles. It wouldnt stop drugs from showing up in tests though.
