We're very fortunate that legitmate experts such as Anthony Fauci, Francis Collins and Deborah Birx are anything but. Fauci has almost been beyond reproach for decades, and there's damn good reason the latter two were holdover Obama Admin appointments.

You can tell Carson wants to say they will move ahead but his boss the buffoon in Washington has got them so scared of doing anything without his approval. They cannot act till Trump tells him it's OK. Pence is facing the same problem but is being more bold that being said the cats already out of the bag over 25 states have confirmed cases and it will only get worst before it gets better.

Three people apparently dead with COVID-19 like symptoms in Myanmar, a country where one for very obvious reasons would expect a severe lack of testing as well as possible underreporting. They said they had testing kits a couple of weeks ago or so, and before that, they were sending samples to Thailand for analysis, but I can't see that they've reported any confirmed cases. And if in fact three people have already succumbed to the disease (too early to say for sure, of coruse), who knows how many people could be out there spreading the virus around the country as we speak?

This could obviously also be really shitty news for other countries in the region where there has been very limited testing (200 tests in Indonesia so far?). Let's all hope they're not in for some very bad surprises.

It's unbelievable to me that people have taken so long to offload shares. If you couldn't see the writing on the wall weeks ago, I honestly don't know what to say. Did anyone actually think there was an upside to this for the market as a whole?
