I'm not sure but one common problem with Doctors and Nurses turning up because they wear their PPE all day is their face becomes a testament of their job. Many show marks from sweating and pressing it against their faces to discoloration due to lack of sunlight in the area of where the mask is placed. I can see where Myron wears his mask because of the lines on his face. Mad respect for the man.

Our lack of ventilators is but one glaring pile of shit he left us. Among many. A little more time doing his job and a little less time eating dicks and we would have all been better for it.

If you read it, you'd realize that in spite of Govt. efforts to partner with private companies, specifically Newport, their efforts were wrecked by market forces when Covidian came in, bought Newport to prevent their cheaper, more efficient ventilator from hitting the market and then cancelled the contract. If anything, it's clear the admin recognized the need for more ventilators, sought public-private partnerships and were thwarted because private companies didn't want better products hitting the market.
