I agree with Kansas state governor Kelly's decision to close grade schools for the rest of the semester. I would like other states to follow suit with this and not risk our small children's lives at risk to exposure. I commend governor Kelly.

This is the problem with people who think simplistically. Even now to fight the virus things have to be done comprehensively.

general concensus is the virus appeared well before christmas, so shutting down flights weeks later likely is locking the stable door after the horse has fucked off. dont forget this dickwad who keeps repeating that line was insisting on going to his gym after others on the forum pointed out the importance of avoiding such places, and predicted the virus was overblown panic....he also threw a hissy fit when i pointed that out.........#thirstingforblood

700 NJ police officers have tested positive so far. 25 from my town.

Crazy. My guess would be there are a lot more LAPD that have it than reported but probably not the level of NYPD...LA just isn't nearly as confined and crammed together.

It still is overblown when up against what so many were predicting. And yes, I'd still be at the gym if it was open.

And not ONE poster questioned going to a gym. This is about being responsible with yourself and following hygiene.

But I was off on deaths so you can high five the air on that one. I still will be very close on the mortality rate.

I guess now we will have to see if the predictions of hundreds of thousands or millions of death are correct.

My gym is open but only during staffed hours.....I pay for a 24/7 gym cause I want to workout in the middle of the night not when it's crowded. Guess, I'll just lift at home. I should have around 400 lbs of freeweights.

The current Andrew Cuomo vs Donald Trump war of words is fucking hilarious. I know it's a serious time and what not but It got beyond hilarious starting with the ventilators, beds and than to the fully lockdown of NYC that got Cuomo fired up it was the last straw.

Cuomo fighting for his state like there is no tomorrow while Trump who in my honest is not fully aware of what hell is going on just yet
